Zoom Lunch & Learn Facilitator

We are seeking a facilitator for our weekly Zoom Lunch & Learn, held most Tuesdays from 12:00–12:45 PM.

This program brings participants together for open discussion and learning on Jewish texts, ideas, and contemporary issues. Topics may include Torah and Talmud study, Jewish law and ethics, current events affecting Jewish communities worldwide, and related subjects.

Role Overview

The facilitator will:

• Lead weekly 45-minute Zoom discussions
• Prepare guiding questions and structure for each session
• Encourage respectful, engaging participation
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
• Manage basic Zoom logistics

Preferred Qualifications

• BA in Jewish Education, rabbinic ordination, or current rabbinic student
• Experience in Jewish learning, teaching, or community facilitation
• Comfort leading discussions with participants of diverse backgrounds

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in Jewish learning and community engagement
• Comfortable facilitating group discussion (formal or informal experience welcome)
• Reliable availability most Tuesdays at midday
• Ability to engage participants with varying levels of knowledge and background
